David G. Kleinschmidt
About
David G. Kleinschmidt is an associate at The Womac Law Firm. With a concentrated focus in personal injury, Mr. Kleinschmidt is dedicated to assisting his clients through the complexities of automobile accidents, 18-wheeler accidents, and hurricane claims, and securing rightful compensation for those who’ve been affected. Following Hurricane Ida, Mr. Kleinschmidt recovered over $1 million for victims whose homes and lives were destroyed.
Mr. Kleinschmidt earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Louisiana State University and earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. While attending Loyola, Mr. Kleinschmidt served as a member of the Moot Court Program and Trial Advocacy Program.
Mr. Kleinschmidt has worked at The Womac Law Firm since 2014. He first worked as a file clerk and then advanced to a legal assistant with one of our litigation attorneys until he completed law school and was admitted to the Bar. David relies on his experience and strong work ethic in order to protect his clients’ best interests.
